Jeff Harvey - Co-Founder and President

Jeff has been in information technology for nearly 20 years managing enterprise software consulting services the majority of that time. Mr. Harvey spent 7 years with Oracle Corporation as Senior Director leading sales and consulting profit centers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions including Solution Architecture, Platform Architecture, Portal & Integration, and Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse practices. He received numerous awards and recognition for outstanding performance developing and managing strategic accounts including UPS, Michelin, Medco, Bacardi, and other world class Oracle clients.

Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Harvey held leadership positions with IBM, Global Payments (formerly National Data Corporation), and WESCO Distribution – all Fortune 500 companies.

Jeff holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.

Mr. Harvey is an avid scuba diver, hunter, fisherman, and ALTA tennis member. He is active in the community with numerous affiliations including Dunwoody Methodist Church, Children’s Restoration Network, Habitat for Humanity, Atlanta Food Bank, Woodruff Arts Center, and the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce.

John Ezzell - Co-Founder and Executive Vice President

As co-founder and Executive Vice President of BIAS, John continues to bring new solutions and fresh perspective to our customer’s in the market. John is a former Director for Oracle Consulting’s Custom Development, Architecture and Business Intelligence practices. John has received numerous leadership awards and is an active member of the SOA advisory board at Oracle. Prior to joining Oracle, John worked in finance and investment consulting for Interstate Johnson and Lane. John has been quoted in the Wall St. Journal, Forbes, Inc., BPM and Oracle magazines for his forward thinking approach to business solutions, and real world successes achieved with the BIAS team. John is a graduate of East Carolina University

Matt Lyons - Vice President, Sales

Matt spent 11 years with Oracle, most recently running Southeast commercial sales. His experience in making customers successful and referenceable, has been a cornerstone to his success. He has an extensive history in managing large complex accounts and contracts, building diverse sales teams, and using his creativity to expand BIAS' business. Matt began his career in robotics with a focus on software development and then moved quickly into software sales. He currently lives in Birmingham, has his office in Atlanta, but travels North America to support BIAS’ business.

Ashish Bokil - Co-Founder and Vice President, BI and DW Practice

Ashish is one of the most respected Business Intelligence experts in the Oracle community, having designed, architected, or managed many of the worlds largest and most complex data warehouse implementations. Ashish is a former director of Business Intelligence and Data warehousing at Oracle and a regional lead architect at Microstrategy. Ashish is also a regular speaker in the Oracle lecture circuit as well as Collaborate and OAUG.

Ashish earned his MBA – the University of Texas Austin, and his MS at Clemson University, and a B.Tech. at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi India

Hasan Zaidi - Vice President, Middleware Technologies

Hasan is responsible for all Middleware solutions including SOA, Security, Portal and Custom development. Prior to joining BIAS, Hasan spent seven years with Oracle Corporation in leadership positions within their consulting, R&D and product management departments. Hasan has designed and implemented award winning solutions for some of the world’s largest companies as well as the the U.S. Public Sector. Hasan is a regular presenter on the Oracle lecture circuit and his solutions have been featured in Oracle, eSolutions and BPM magazines.

Hasan is a U.S. Army veteran and an alumnus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University

John Faucher - Vice President, Oracle Applications

John brings twenty years of focused Oracle experience to BIAS, starting as a customer of Oracle in 1990, to working for Oracle in National and Global roles prior to joining BIAS as the Vice President of   E- Business Suite Applications. John continues to be very active in the Oracle community,most recently as the Special Interest Group (SIG) Chair for the Outsourcing SIG. In addition, he as written and presented numerous white papers and presentations at Oracle OpenWorld and co-authored a book on Release 12. John earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science in 1985 from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA. An avid tennis player and the proud father of three children, John considers time spent with his family to be his greatest blessing.

Hank Tullis - Vice President, Architecture Services

With more than 30 years in database design, development and implementation, Hank continues to focus on the complete processing environment. Combining experiences as a database designer, application developer, hardware systems engineer, and performance engineer, Hank focuses on providing complete and flexible computer systems solutions surrounding database architectures. Knowledge, experience and a vast imagination, Hank has received numerous awards for providing solutions and presentations outside the box. Hank is one of the foremost system design and performance experts in the Oracle community and is a regular presenter at Oracle Open World.

Prior to joining BIAS, Hank was a member of Oracle Corporation's System Performance Group focusing on Unix and I/O performance with large Oracle implementations. Hank has also served as a Senior Systems Architect for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and Norrell Corporation. Hank is a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic University.

Saravanan Yoganandam - Vice President, BIAS Chennai Org

With a proven track record of building out new Consulting Service Organizations in the US and Offshore, Saravanan specializes in IT Services strategy by leveraging his Oracle Solution Architecture experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Technology, Oracle Database Technology, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Sales and PMO organizations. Saravanan assists clients with confidence by positioning the 'map-to-fit' technology solution to strategically meet clients' business requirements in a cost and services optimal manner. Several initiatives led by Saravanan from the BIAS Managed Services Group have been published by our clients in Forbes, Reuters, etc. Most recently Saravanan transferred over to India to lead and drive the Off-shore business for BIAS, thereby strengthening the overall BIAS services capability to enhance the quality levels and hence result in higher customer satisfaction. BIAS Offshore Operations is an integral part of the strategic growth roadmap for BIAS as we continue to expand our customer base and meet with varied challenges from other players with strong offshore capabilities. Saravanan enjoys philately and portrait photography as much as providing Oracle services.

Danny Groover - Public Sector Practice Director

Danny has been a Director for Oracle services firms for 12 years and leads Federal Civilian and DOD sales for BIAS. Prior to joining BIAS in 2006, he was a Director for an IT Services firm specializing in PeopleSoft, E Business Suite, and Siebel. His clients over the past 12 years include DHS, Air Force, Military Health, ARMY, OPM, SEC, US Senate, Dept of Energy, CDC, CMS, FDIC, IRS, US Department of State, and HHS. Danny has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management from Georgia State University. He is an active member of AFCEA and supporter of Animal, Environmental and Children’s Organizations and Charities.
