Meet the BIAS Executive Team

  • Jeff Harvey Co-Founder and President

    As President and Co-Founder of BIAS, Jeff provides strategic leadership for the company by working with our management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and polices.  Jeff has been in Information Technology for nearly 20 years managing enterprise software consulting services the majority of that time. Before co-founding BIAS, Jeff spent seven years with Oracle Corporation as Senior Director leading sales and consulting profit centers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, including Solution Architecture, Platform Architecture, Portal & Integration and Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse practices. He received numerous awards and recognition for outstanding performance developing and managing strategic accounts including UPS, Michelin, Medco, Bacardi and other world class Oracle clients.

    Prior to Oracle, Mr. Harvey held leadership positions with IBM, Global Payments (formerly National Data Corporation), and WESCO Distribution – all Fortune 500 companies. Jeff holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. He is an avid scuba diver, hunter, fisherman and ALTA tennis member. He is also active in the community with numerous affiliations including Dunwoody Methodist Church, Children’s Restoration Network, Habitat for Humanity, Atlanta Food Bank, Woodruff Arts Center, and the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce.

  • John Ezzell Co-Founder and Executive Vice President

    As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of BIAS, John continues to bring new solutions and fresh perspective to our customers and partners. John is a former Director for Oracle Consulting’s Custom Development, Architecture and Business Intelligence practices. John has received numerous leadership awards and is an active member of the SOA advisory board at Oracle. Prior to joining Oracle, John worked in finance and investment consulting for Interstate Johnson and Lane. John has been quoted in the Wall St. Journal, Forbes, Inc., BPM and Oracle magazines for his forward thinking approach to business solutions, and real world successes achieved with the BIAS team. John is a graduate of East Carolina University.

  • Amin Oteifa Senior Vice President, Global Consulting Services

    As SVP of Global Consulting Services at BIAS, Amin Oteifa leads BIAS’ consulting delivery organization across all product lines.  He is experienced in all aspects of managing an IT Sales and Services organization with leadership roles in Sales, Business Development, Practice Management, and Program/Project Management.  Amin is a dynamic business and technology executive with a very successful career delivering IT transformations to Fortune 500 companies. 

    Prior to joining BIAS, Amin was a Group Vice President at Oracle where he recently led the transformation of Oracle Consulting from a traditional, on-prem sales and delivery organization to a world class SaaS service provider.   Amin received 6 Outstanding Achievement awards for successful IT transformations at some of Oracle’s most strategic customers including GE, Alcoa, Motorola and Office Depot.  Several of these transformations have been written up in Larry Ellison books and news publications such as InfoWeek and WSJ.

  • Hasan Zaidi Partner and Vice President, Middleware Technologies

    Hasan is responsible for all Middleware solutions including SOA, Security, Portal and Custom development. Prior to joining BIAS, Hasan spent seven years with Oracle in leadership positions within their consulting, R&D and product management departments. He has designed and implemented award-winning solutions for some of the world’s largest companies as well as the U.S. Public Sector. Hasan is a regular presenter on the Oracle lecture circuit and his solutions have been featured in Oracle, eSolutions and BPM magazines. Hasan is a U.S. Army veteran and an alumnus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

  • Ashish Bokil Co-Founder and Vice President, Analytics

    Ashish Bokil is one of the most respected Business Intelligence experts in the Oracle community, having designed, architected or managed many of the world’s largest and most complex data warehouse implementations. Ashish is a former Director of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing at Oracle and a regional lead of technology services at Microstrategy. Ashish is also a regular speaker in the Oracle lecture circuit as well as Collaborate and OAUG. Ashish earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, his MS at Clemson University, and a B.Tech. at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India.

  • Krishnan Balasubramanian Chief Technology Officer, Cloud Systems and Services

    As Chief Technology Officer for Cloud Systems and Services at BIAS, Krishnan has over 19 years of experience successfully developing products, leading and implementing innovative consulting solutions, and managing strategic accounts. Krishnan is a former Senior Director for Oracle Consulting where he has spent 15+ years and oversaw Enterprise Architecture, Practice Management, Project & Program Management, Operations Management & Portfolio Management. He helped Oracle build its Managed Services business across the U.S., India, Argentina and Romania and successfully consolidated, standardized and optimized numerous disparate service offerings and organizations into a standalone $40M P&L line of business. Krishnan has managed over 100 delivery resources deployed globally, created and fostered a complex set of cross business line of relationships, created joint sales and execution plans for public-sector and commercial customers. Krishnan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Computer Science from University of Bombay, India and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from D. D. Institute of Technology, Gujarat University, India.

  • Dan Alf Chief Financial Officer

    Dan Alf is the Chief Financial Officer at BIAS Corporation and is responsible for BIAS’s Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Facilities. As a FinTech veteran with over 20 years of experience, Dan most recently served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Services Division at Fiserv Inc.

    During his 20-year tenure at Fiserv, Dan held a variety of roles including CFO of the Financial and Risk Management Services Division and Group Controller of the Financial Institutions Group.

    Dan brings extensive experience managing software and technology services organizations and a vast background launching new product offerings including risk, payments, core banking, credit card and wealth management solutions in the US and International Markets.

    He holds a Master’s of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

  • Jake Hall Vice President, Public Sector

    Jake serves as the Vice President and General Manager of BIAS’ Public Sector Portfolio.  In this role, he leads the strategic direction, revenue growth, profitability and performance of the teams responsible for Oracle Resale and professional services to Federal Civilian, Department of Defense, Intelligence Communities, State and Local, K-12 and Higher Education.

     Since joining BIAS in 2006, Jake has held various roles within the organization including recruiting and sales prior to being promoted to a leadership position in 2013.  Outside of work, Jake is actively involved in Junior Achievement, a non-profit dedicated to teaching financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship to K-12 students.  Jake received his Bachelor’s Degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and his MBA from Villanova University.

  • Mark Niemeyer Vice President, Global Programs

    As Vice President of Global Programs at BIAS, Mark Niemeyer oversees Proposal Management, PMO, and the BIAS Customer Success Program.  Mark has over twenty-five years of consulting experience in all phases of the design, development, and implementation of Oracle applications. His primary areas of expertise include project and program management for large, strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations as well as helping clients evaluate options to strategically transition their organizations to Oracle's Cloud based ERP applications.  Most recently Mark managed a team of Supply Chain Solution architects responsible for supporting the sales organization in creating value added solutions for clients, bid estimation/proposal development, and providing thought leadership for Oracle's North American Applications Consulting group.

    Mark did his undergraduate work at Purdue University and has an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

  • Pam Fisher Vice President, Application Consulting Services

    Pam Fisher is Vice President of Application Consulting Services at BIAS. Pam is a CPA and PMP with over twenty-three years experience working in accounting, business consulting and financial systems. She graduated from Auburn University and started off her career as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. She then spent almost 19 years with Oracle Consulting Services where her main focus was ERP Applications business consulting, implementations and upgrades. She has a unique combination of business and interpersonal skills, and has performed a wide variety of roles including Executive Sponsor, Global Program Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader and Business Implementer. Prior to leaving OC, she managed Oracle's North America ERP Solution Design & Innovation Team for all OnPrem and Cloud Applications. Her skill-sets include the entire project life cycle including pre-sales, global design/business transformation, program/project management, strategy, requirement analysis, design, testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support on both local and international levels.

  • Doug Rhoades Vice President, Core Technology and Managed Services

    Doug is Vice President over BIAS’s Infrastructure, Database, and Managed Services practices.   With over 33 years of experience in implementing and managing information technology, Doug is responsible for the growth and delivery of these practices.   Prior to BIAS, Doug held a variety of leadership roles in his 20 years at Oracle where his innovation helped start Oracle’s implementation hosting business, offshore consulting services, and Oracle’s managed services business.  Doug was also responsible for starting Oracle’s Austin Customer Success hub which focused on servicing Oracle’s SAAS customers.  In these roles, Doug has successfully managed over 1,000 delivery resources deployed globally.

    Doug holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.

  • Thom Locke Vice President, Security Consulting Services

    Thom Locke is Vice President of Security Consulting at BIAS Corporation. Based out of the firm’s Atlanta office, he is responsible for developing and growing the firm’s relationships with commercial, enterprise and public sector clients, helping them to proactively manage and control their risk and security postures.

    Thom brings an impressive history of global sales, consulting, and business development experience. Prior to joining Bias Corporation, he served as the North America Senior Practice Director of Security Consulting at Oracle with varied responsibilities including strategy, sales architecture, and business development for technology and security solutions for enterprise and government clients. In this role, he led the teams responsible for the overall architecture/design, go-to-market strategy, pre-sales architecture, business development, and alliance relationships for multiple industries. He created, designed and launched unique portfolios for security cloud services (XaaS), IAM in a box, information security and mobility technologies for Oracle clients. He also ran the organization responsible for the delivery of each solution and the quality of the engagements.

    Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Locke held various leadership positions at Netegrity, a leader in the web single sign-on market, now owned by CA. During his nine years with Netegrity/CA Mr. Locke was the Vice President of pre-sales, post-sales support, consulting, and license sales, and earned numerous awards for sales and service. His accomplishments included establishing pre-sales and support teams and services in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia–Pacific. He also led industry solution teams working with leading companies in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and sustainability management. Mr. Locke served on the Client Advisory Board for Netegrity and CA and was a member of the leadership and advisory councils.

  • Jeff McInnish Vice President, Architecture and Innovation

    As Vice President for Architecture and Innovation at BIAS, Jeff brings 32 years of information technology experience spanning industries from aerospace, oil and gas exploration, healthcare, construction engineering, and professional IT services. Prior to joining BIAS, Jeff spent a combined 20+ years with Oracle Corporation. During his tenure with Oracle he ran consulting practices focused on performance architecture for Oracle’s top tier customers, developed cloud service offerings, and ran multiple cloud focused delivery groups. He has deep experience in the architecture and operation of SaaS based services, having run architecture, solutions, and program management for Oracle Global Business Unit Cloud Services. In this capacity he built the global teams responsible for the design, implementation, and compliance validation of SaaS service environments, including the deployment standards and reference architectures utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. He is well versed in operating globally distributed teams, having run teams with representation spanning N. America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Jeff is a spirited entrepreneur with a proven ability to assimilate new technologies and operate across lines of business to create market competitive solutions on behalf of customers. His team works across all lines of business in BIAS on behalf of customers to create solutions for the most complex scenarios, utilizing cutting edge technologies. Jeff holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and has attended executive education through IESE / University of Navarra, Spain, and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

  • Dasaradha Chereddy Co-Founder and Director, Offshore Delivery Centre, Hyderabad

    Das Chereddy brings 20 years of designing, developing and delivering solutions expertise on Oracle technology and application architecture. At BIAS' U.S. headquarters, Dasaradha has been involved extensively with enterprise clients in designing, architecting and managing large and highly complex data warehouse solutions. He heads and drives BIAS' offshore development center at Hyderabad, expanding the overall global strategic roadmap of BIAS. Prior to BIAS, Das served as technical director at Oracle Consulting. Das holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University and a Masters' degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.

  • Anand Devaraj Vice President, Managed Services

    As a Vice President of Managed Services, Anand is responsible for offshore Managed Services Delivery and Business Operations.  Anand brings over 20 years of experience in database and infrastructure technologies, competency building, and leading and managing teams. Anand was a Director of Engineered Systems COE at Oracle, where he spent over 10 years building and managing practices. Anand has held various positions including Senior Technical Manager, Practice Manager and Practice Director at Oracle. He helped Oracle build its Engineered Systems Center of Excellence (COE) from inception, and he has had leadership responsibility for global delivery centers in Poland and India. Anand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bombay and a Master’s degree in computer science from the University of Bombay, India.
