Meet the BIAS Executive Team

  • Jeff Harvey Co-Founder and President

    As President and Co-Founder of BIAS, Jeff provides strategic leadership for the company by working with our management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and polices.  Jeff has been in Information Technology for nearly 20 years managing enterprise software consulting services the majority of that time. Before co-founding BIAS, Jeff spent seven years with Oracle Corporation as Senior Director leading sales and consulting profit centers in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, including Solution Architecture, Platform Architecture, Portal & Integration and Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse practices. He received numerous awards and recognition for outstanding performance developing and managing strategic accounts including UPS, Michelin, Medco, Bacardi and other world class Oracle clients.

    Prior to Oracle, Mr. Harvey held leadership positions with IBM, Global Payments (formerly National Data Corporation), and WESCO Distribution – all Fortune 500 companies. Jeff holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. He is an avid scuba diver, hunter, fisherman and ALTA tennis member. He is also active in the community with numerous affiliations including Dunwoody Methodist Church, Children’s Restoration Network, Habitat for Humanity, Atlanta Food Bank, Woodruff Arts Center, and the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce.

  • John Ezzell Co-Founder and Executive Vice President

    As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of BIAS, John continues to bring new solutions and fresh perspective to our customers and partners. John is a former Director for Oracle Consulting’s Custom Development, Architecture and Business Intelligence practices. John has received numerous leadership awards and is an active member of the SOA advisory board at Oracle. Prior to joining Oracle, John worked in finance and investment consulting for Interstate Johnson and Lane. John has been quoted in the Wall St. Journal, Forbes, Inc., BPM and Oracle magazines for his forward thinking approach to business solutions, and real world successes achieved with the BIAS team. John is a graduate of East Carolina University.

  • Amin Oteifa Senior Vice President, Global Consulting Services

    As SVP of Global Consulting Services at BIAS, Amin Oteifa leads BIAS’ consulting delivery organization across all product lines.  He is experienced in all aspects of managing an IT Sales and Services organization with leadership roles in Sales, Business Development, Practice Management, and Program/Project Management.  Amin is a dynamic business and technology executive with a very successful career delivering IT transformations to Fortune 500 companies. 

    Prior to joining BIAS, Amin was a Group Vice President at Oracle where he recently led the transformation of Oracle Consulting from a traditional, on-prem sales and delivery organization to a world class SaaS service provider.   Amin received 6 Outstanding Achievement awards for successful IT transformations at some of Oracle’s most strategic customers including GE, Alcoa, Motorola and Office Depot.  Several of these transformations have been written up in Larry Ellison books and news publications such as InfoWeek and WSJ.

  • Hasan Zaidi Partner and Vice President, Middleware Technologies

    Hasan is responsible for all Middleware solutions including SOA, Security, Portal and Custom development. Prior to joining BIAS, Hasan spent seven years with Oracle in leadership positions within their consulting, R&D and product management departments. He has designed and implemented award-winning solutions for some of the world’s largest companies as well as the U.S. Public Sector. Hasan is a regular presenter on the Oracle lecture circuit and his solutions have been featured in Oracle, eSolutions and BPM magazines. Hasan is a U.S. Army veteran and an alumnus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

  • Ashish Bokil Co-Founder and Vice President, BI and DW Practice

    Ashish Bokil is one of the most respected Business Intelligence experts in the Oracle community, having designed, architected or managed many of the world’s largest and most complex data warehouse implementations. Ashish is a former Director of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing at Oracle and a regional lead of technology services at Microstrategy. Ashish is also a regular speaker in the Oracle lecture circuit as well as Collaborate and OAUG. Ashish earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, his MS at Clemson University, and a B.Tech. at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India.

  • Mark Niemeyer Vice President, Global Programs

    As Vice President of Global Programs at BIAS, Mark Niemeyer oversees Proposal Management, PMO, and the BIAS Customer Success Program.  Mark has over twenty-five years of consulting experience in all phases of the design, development, and implementation of Oracle applications. His primary areas of expertise include project and program management for large, strategic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations as well as helping clients evaluate options to strategically transition their organizations to Oracle's Cloud based ERP applications.  Most recently Mark managed a team of Supply Chain Solution architects responsible for supporting the sales organization in creating value added solutions for clients, bid estimation/proposal development, and providing thought leadership for Oracle's North American Applications Consulting group.

    Mark did his undergraduate work at Purdue University and has an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

  • Pam Fisher Vice President, Application Consulting Services

    Pam Fisher is Vice President of Application Consulting Services at BIAS. Pam is a CPA and PMP with over twenty-three years experience working in accounting, business consulting and financial systems. She graduated from Auburn University and started off her career as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. She then spent almost 19 years with Oracle Consulting Services where her main focus was ERP Applications business consulting, implementations and upgrades. She has a unique combination of business and interpersonal skills, and has performed a wide variety of roles including Executive Sponsor, Global Program Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader and Business Implementer. Prior to leaving OC, she managed Oracle's North America ERP Solution Design & Innovation Team for all OnPrem and Cloud Applications. Her skill-sets include the entire project life cycle including pre-sales, global design/business transformation, program/project management, strategy, requirement analysis, design, testing, training, implementation and post-implementation support on both local and international levels.

  • Krishnan Balasubramanian Chief Technology Officer, Cloud Systems and Services

    As Chief Technology Officer for Cloud Systems and Services at BIAS, Krishnan has over 19 years of experience successfully developing products, leading and implementing innovative consulting solutions, and managing strategic accounts. Krishnan is a former Senior Director for Oracle Consulting where he has spent 15+ years and oversaw Enterprise Architecture, Practice Management, Project & Program Management, Operations Management & Portfolio Management. He helped Oracle build its Managed Services business across the U.S., India, Argentina and Romania and successfully consolidated, standardized and optimized numerous disparate service offerings and organizations into a standalone $40M P&L line of business. Krishnan has managed over 100 delivery resources deployed globally, created and fostered a complex set of cross business line of relationships, created joint sales and execution plans for public-sector and commercial customers. Krishnan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Computer Science from University of Bombay, India and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from D. D. Institute of Technology, Gujarat University, India.

  • Dinesh Senanayake Chief Financial Officer

    As the Chief Financial Officer at BIAS, Dinesh is responsible for Accounting & Financial Reporting, Human Resources, and Business Operations. Dinesh has over 20 years of global experience including accomplishments in Australia, Dubai, Oman, Bermuda & Grand Cayman. Prior to joining BIAS, Dinesh worked at IBM for 4 years as a Controller responsible for Hardware & Software sales and IT services for multiple locations including Bermuda & Grand Cayman. Dinesh is a licensed CPA & Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a Bachelors of Business degree (Accounting & Finance) from Australia. In his free time, Dinesh enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two children.

  • Ryan Jannise Vice President, Public Sector

    Ryan Jannise joins BIAS as the Vice President of Public Sector Sales to lead U.S. Public Sector and Higher Education sales. Prior to joining BIAS, Ryan spent six years at Oracle Corporation leading sales and senior-level business development initiatives in the Federal Civilian Infrastructure Division.  In 2011, he led the reversal of two agencies' decisions to retire their Oracle infrastructures by successfully engaging with senior government officials and establishing Oracle systems as the standard platform. In 2012, he was promoted to lead Oracle Corporation's Federal Services, Healthcare and International Relations sales region. In March 2015, after three years of record performance and growth, he was promoted to Vice President of Oracle Public Sector Civilian Cloud & Infrastructure Sales to lead Oracle's pursuits in the U.S. Federal Civilian government.  In addition to his work, since 1998 Ryan has served by gubernatorial appointment on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts.  In March 2016, Ryan joined the Government Business Executive Forum, a prestigious group limited to 40 leaders in private sector corporations dedicated to public sector business.
